You have decided to give an AWSOM Animal a Forever Home! GREAT decision!
Once you have chosen your new pet, follow these steps and your on your way!
1. Complete our ONLINE PRE-ADOPTION FORM or print a hard copy of our Pre-Adoption Form (attached below) and return it to the shelter.
2. Complete a hard copy of our AWSOM Adoption Agreement (attached below) and return it to the shelter.
3. Bring them in to our shelter, located on Godfrey Ridge Dr., Stroudsburg, PA. (Click here for directions)
All animals are medically cleared by our veterinarian prior to being released to their forever home.

Spay or neuter
Pre-adoption vaccines
De-worming
External parasite treatment
*Microchip (Dogs)
Feline Leukemia Test (Cats)
Total approximate cost (includes food, board, and grooming) to prepare each animal for adoption: $300 - $400.
* The unfortunate reality is that pets get lost. Without proper identification, many never return home. Microchip identification significantly increases your pets chances of being found.
