Thanks to the generous community donations and support and with the help of
our wonderful volunteers and WNEP TV, WBRE TV and the Pocono Record, AWSOM
has adopted over 215 animals to their forever homes in 14 weeks.

Adoption Process / Fees
You have decided to give an AWSOM Animal a Forever Home! GREAT decision!
Adoption fees above include:
1. Complete our Pre-Adoption Form
2. Complete our AWSOM Adoption Agreement
3. Bring them in to our shelter, located on Godfrey Ridge Dr., Stroudsburg, PA. (Click here for directions)
All animals are medically cleared by our veterinarian prior to being released to their forever home.

Total approximate cost (includes food, board, and grooming) to prepare each animal for adoption: $300 - $400.
* The unfortunate reality is that pets get lost. Without proper identification, many never return home. (See our Lost and Found page) Microchip identification significantly increases your pets chances of being found.
